  1. REGISTRATION—Registration is open until it is full, or casting is closed.   Once a program is filled/closed to new registrations a public notice will be posted on the website. A predetermined minimum enrollment will be established before each program opens for registration.  Summer Camp registration will begin in July the previous year. 
  2. BALANCE DUE DATE—This is the absolute last day that payment may be made for the current enrollment.  For summer programs, it is the date of registration unless a predetermined payment plan is put in place. If a balance is unpaid by the balance due date, then the student cannot participate until full payment is received. 
  3. REFUND POLICY:   In the event of insufficient enrollment, a full refund will be given. No refunds are given for missed days or early withdrawal. Registration is a commitment to paying the entire fee. In the event the balance has been paid in full and the student/participant drops out prior to the start of a camp, for any reason, the amount paid may be applied towards a future program. However, all fees are non-refundable.  No exceptions.  All withdraws (dropouts) must be made in writing  at least one (1) month prior to the start of the program, in order for payments to be transferred to another program. No exceptions. Partial payments toward balance due are non-transferable and non-refundable.  No exceptions. Only paid in full accounts are eligible to be applied to a new program, if the student drops out for any reason. If a withdrawal is made within 1 month of the start of camp, than a $65 administrative fee will be assessed and tuition can be credited for a future program.
  4. TUITION INSURANCE: Refunds will be issued for all tuition insurance registrants, minus the amount of the tuition insurance. Tuition insurance is $70 and works on a sliding scale. Tuition Insurance works on the following scale:
    1. 100% refund up until May 15th,
    2. 75% Refund from May 15th - June 1st,
    3. 50% Refund from June 2nd - June 22nd,
    4. 0% Refund after June 22nd.
